    Item(s) purchased through the Lukure.com website may only be delivered within the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America. Any delivery address situated outside this zone will be refused. For orders that may need to be delivered outside of the United States please contact us directly. LUKURË will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address is provided. Item(s) will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure.
    Shipping and Delivery - Shipping costs (Except Made to Measure)
    Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground however you will be asked to select the shipping method you prefer as part of the order finalization.The shipping cost will be calculated based on the service you choose during the checkout process.
    Any item(s) specifically personalized and/or tailored to your specifications are considered Made to Measure and will take a longer period of time. (Please see to the Delivery Time- Time required for Made to Measure)
    Delivery Time - Time required for delivery for Made to Measure
    During the ordering procedure, we will inform you of the time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the item(s) purchased. On average, the delivery time for Made to Measure shoes will take 4-6 weeks to be finished and delivered to the United States from Italy.
    If your order is not shipped immediately after 4-6 weeks for Made to Measure, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to provide more detail and an estimated shipping date.
    Delivery Time - Problems of delivery
    Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding nine (9) business days from the scheduled delivery date should be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged item(s), etc.) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice, and sign. If the item(s) do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them, exchange them or request a refund according to the terms and conditions contained in the section entitled "Returns - Exchanges - Refunds"
     
    Returns - Exchanges – Refunds (Except Made to Measure)
    You may return or exchange within (15) fifteen days after receiving the product. LUKURË requires that you return any item(s) in their original packaging in a "new and perfect state" with all original labeling intact and a copy of the invoice. NOTE: "New and perfect" means that there are no marks or scratches the item(s) or any sign of wear on the products or discolorations. We do not sell used item(s) and will not accept any item with any indication that it was. All item(s) will be subject to a Quality Control (QC) check on return receipt. If item(s) do not meet QC standards then the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.
    Made to Measure returns – exchanges – refunds
    A Made to Measure item(s) are any item(s) specifically personalized and/or tailored to your specifications. Made to Measure item(s) cannot be cancelled or changed once production has started. Made to Measure item(s) are all FINAL SALE. They may not be returned or exchanged. LUKURË reserves the right to charge for re-posting of bespoke item(s) returned in error. LUKURË is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; poor image quality derived from low resolution images, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting. Defective item(s) will be rectified free of charge.     In Store Pick Up
    It is possible to collect the items you have ordered on Lukure.com in-store. This service is currently only available in selected stores. While completing your order, the option of in-store collection may be offered, according to your billing address.
    An email will be sent to you informing you of the arrival of your order in-store. You will then have 15 days to collect your order.
    To collect your order, please introduce yourself to a sales person when you arrive at the store, along with your receipt and identification.
